Rachel Tarman

says if you want your business to stand out, don’t focus on business first.
When the economy’s up, there are lots of people willing to help you sell your house. When the economy’s down … they’re still there. The real estate field is as crowded as a New York subway at (a normal) rush hour. So what does somebody have to do to stand out in that field, particularly when nobody knows which direction the market’s going to go? Rachel Tarman has the secret: It’s not about real estate — it’s about real relationships.
Rachel Tarman is the host of “Real Tea” with Rachel Tarman, a Real Estate Success Podcast designed to give you the tools, tricks, tips, and insight needed to thrive in this exciting industry.
Join us at Mortgage Con for all on her insight in the business development world and how she can change your business for the better!

Kyle Draper

I’ve heard it said about me that I bring “a breath of fresh air” to the real estate industry. While most are just coaching Realtors to perfect their craft, create “perfect” content, and buy leads…I remind Realtors that it’s in the organic aspect of social media where the most opportunity is being left on the table.

I pride myself on keeping it simple and helping even the most “tech-challenged” Realtor experience their lightbulb moment.

I’m passionate about empowering Realtors to discover and leverage their personal stories and experiences to attract people like them.

I’ve helped Realtors attract millions of dollars in buyers and sellers without spending a dime and often without even having to mention real estate.

My goal is that after spending time with me, you will leave educated, empowered, and ready to take your influence beyond where it’s ever been!

Jason Perkins

Jason is the co-founder of Bonzo
With Bonzo, you get more of your time back.
Together, Jason and Miles built Bonzo to help advisors and agents do more without actually doing more.
Have more conversations without wasting time on people who aren’t ready to talk. Engage with people in a way that feels real and approachable without all the legwork. Build lasting relationships that go beyond one deal.
Bonzo was built to help you attract, convert and retain clients on autopilot, so you can earn more without working more — by two guys who have been there, done that and knew there had to be a better (and more fun) way.

Dan Pacheco

Dan Pacheco believes it’s time to get feral. For the better part of a decade, Dan has been creating and breathing life into super attractive brands, coming up with uncommon and effective marketing methods, and structuring small businesses to rise to their desired heights.
Having held varying leadership positions in big-box and independent brokerages, he developed the brands and businesses of his agents and directly attracted over 400 more agents without making a single phone call or hiring recruiters.
Dan heard the howls of something greater and started Lycanthropy Co. to provide a wildly deep and different approach to brand, business and content development for agents, loan officers, brokers and related industry pros alike.

Amir Syed

Amir has been in the mortgage business for 20 years and started as a part-time telemarketer cold calling high-interest rate mortgages from public records for the other Loan Officers at the startup mortgage brokerage he was hired at.
After just 6 months, he quickly became the top telemarketer, and then the top Loan Officer, and then top Branch Manager. He is widely regarded for his scripting skills.
“I can cold call anyone, anywhere, and at any given moment and ethically sell them. My initial experiences cold calling homeowners and gaining enough of their trust to provide their social security number for a credit check is a skill set I am very proud of; it is the toughest sales approach to master.”
– Amir Syed
In 2021, Amir personally produced $150M in loan production ($100M in purchase volume) and led a group of 5 Loan Officers to over $650M in production.
He has personally coached over 10 Loan Officers to $100M+ in personal production and teaches highly effective and ethical selling strategies and operational efficiencies.
